I’ve been riding since I was seven.
I’ve dealt with the knee pain, the hip tightness, the back soreness, and the frustration of feeling strong one season and completely off the next.
My body always felt better when I trained consistently.
Every time I skipped my workouts, my joints reminded me and my recovery after riding was always slower and more uncomfortable. I learned early that riders need a different kind of strength.
Strength that supports balance, posture, core stability, stamina, and smooth movement with your horse.
So I combined my lifetime of riding with NASM CPT training and built a system designed for riders, not gym athletes.
